What I did:
Researched on the rich heritage of the Thong Teck Sian Tong Lian Xin Xia Temple
I created the poster for the Thong Teck Sian Tong Lian Xin Xia Temple and incorporated the Bingo Game for the elderly to learn more about the history and unique design of the temple.
Ensured that the instructions to the walking trail guide and Bingo game is clear and concise.
Lecturer's feedback: The Bingo game does encourage the elderly to find out more about the history behind the outstanding features of the temple.
What I Learnt:
Upon doing a thorough research on the elderly, I gained knowledge on the motivations and barriers of elderly when attending arts and cultural activities, and learnt to plan a heritage trail of an appropriate length for the elderly.
